Elle est destinée à transporter n’importe quel liquide de basse viscosité non combustible, comme l’acide nitrique, le chlorure ferrique ou le sulfate de cuivre d’un récipient à un autre. La pompe est idéale pour vider les bacs verticaux pour mordants.

Operating the pump is quite simple.  A 50 centimerer length of the heavy gauge tubing is attached to the bottom "intake" coupling and a 100 centimeter length to the the upper "outflow" coupling.  The intake tube is placed at the bottom of the liquid to be moved and the outgoing tube is fed into the receptacle receiving the liquid.  Pump the handle a couple times to prime the pump and then pull the handle fully out.  To stop the flow at any time, simply depress the handle.
