Paint the ink directly onto a glass plate
with demineralised water, or mix it with
6 parts of demineralised water in a bowl.
The diluted ink may be transferred
directly to the de-greased plate by means
of a brush or a cotton bud.
The ink can be rolled on like a roll-on
hard ground, and washes can be done
directly with a brush in the wet rolledon
ink.
Before etching, the etching ground must
be hardened in the drying cabinet until
it is completely dry . The drying time
depends on the thickness of the etching
ground.
